MSA 4×4’s GVM Indicator Plates are designed for a range of vehicles including the Toyota Prado 250, LandCruiser 300 and Ford Ranger. They provide a no-drill, quick-fit solution for vehicles with GVM upgrades over 3500kg, keeping the vehicle ADR-compliant for NB1 category vehicles. The plates position a CAT6 indicator within the required 1800mm height and are ADR, CAT6 and ECE approved. They install easily under an MSA 4×4 towing mirror base, and are registered for SSM and GVM upgrades.

Ironman 4×4 GVM Suspension Upgrade

The Ironman 4×4 GVM Suspension Upgrade is now available for the BYD Shark, officially pushing Australia’s first PHEV ute into the one-tonne payload class. The upgrade increases the GVM from 3500kg to 3850kg and boosts payload from 790kg to 1140kg. There are four kit options to suit different needs, including pre-registration and post-registration vehicles.

The Heavy Kit is engineered for constant loads of 300kg or more, while the Extra Heavy Kit handles constant loads of 600kg or more. All kits deliver upgraded front and rear axle capacities, with the front axle now rated at 1800kg and the rear at 2150kg. The suspension also features IM2.5 monotube shock absorbers. Each upgrade is certified and must be installed through accredited Ironman 4×4 service centres.
