Admired in the off-road community for its ability to conquer tracks and trails around the country, and for its potential for serious aftermarket modification, the Suzuki Jimny is a pint-sized classic currently in its fourth-generation.
With live axles front and rear, it remains a favourite in the off-road scene. The Australian line-up currently consists of the three-door Jimny LITE and Jimny, as well as the five-door Jimy XL. All models are powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine producing 75kW and 130Nm and running through either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. The Jimny uses a part-time 4×4 system.

Warranty
The Jimny comes with a five-year unlimited-kilometre warranty (limited to five years or 160,000km for commercial use) that’s transferable to new owners. It features a Capped Price Service program with scheduled servicing every 12 months or 15,000km. Suzuki also provides five years of roadside assistance, which can be renewed annually if the vehicle is serviced through its Genuine Service Program.
